For many executives, it is not easy, months in advance, to block out three or four days to participate in a workshop and then apply the content . Consequently, we receive growing demand for coaches who are available for specific assignments with individuals or small teams.

Individual Communication Coaching

Your job is on the line. After measuring significantly  low performance by your unit, you have to present a turn-around plan to your board of directors. You have done your homework and believe in this plan and the future of your business unit. Our coach can help you to plan and prepare each step in your presentation so it will win approval. You bring detailed knowledge about the plan. Your coach will choose with you the right approach to convince the board and prepare you to succeed.

You are the new boss. After making a solid analysis of the situation, you are ready to announce to the people in the organisation the changes that need to be implemented. This includes both bad news (reduction of staff) and a call to accept and support the new vision. Such delicate communication calls for deliberate planning. Team Communication Coaching

Our coaches frequently are called upon to help technical specialists tailor their presentations to a specific audience. Important factors such as differences in culture, personality type and technical understanding, are addressed to ensure that the right message reaches the right audience.

 

Individual Relationship & Personality Coaching

You have a highly successful manager in your team, but his or her lack of collaboration with other departments is a major problem. Our coach will start working with this person to identify any destructive behaviour and the reasons behind it. This will be followed by a second phase, where they jointly define areas of change and ways to accomplish that change. The manager will receive assignments and feedback. During a period of at least six months, they will normally have two-hour monthly meetings, plus regular telephone contact concerning specific, challenging situations.

 

Team Negotiation & Relationship Coaching

• The new chief buyer with one of your major European accounts demands radical discounts at the upcoming contract renewal date. After several years of patient relationship building, you and your account team wonder how to respond to this challenge. A change in people is often the cause of an significant change in the relationship with a customer. Our coach will provide you on short notice with an independent perspective and offer guidance on manoeuvring with your team during each phase of negotiation.
