The following projects are examples of how we work with customers to create value.

A global producer of automotive parts wanted to increase their focus on customer value. An integrated set of workshops for management, operational units and the customer facing organisation created the necessary mindset changes. Together with improving their negotiating skills, this resulted in closer relationships with major key accounts and the development of many real value propositions for these customers.

A multinational chemical company decided to combine two operations into one new strategic business unit (SBU). During this successful merger, the SBU management received support from our experts on delicate communication tasks (workforce reduction, organisational changes, etc.) and executive team building.

A European manufacturing company was in the process of shifting from a product and customer focus to an agressive industry focus. Together with their management team, we developed and implemented a joint programme for their customer facing organisation. This enabled the company to

 •  Inform everyone about the new strategy
 •  Motivate their people to collect & share information, vital for its implementation
 •  Create the necessary relationships to make this new strategy work.

Recruiting the right graduates from select universities is an important strategy for some companies. Our customers (multinationals and strategic consulting firms) used our expertise to fine-tune their relationship strategy, find new approaches and improve their skills with which to communicate with this target group.

A consumer product company needed to introduce a new, harmonised pricing structure in Europe.  Different approaches and arguments were tested during a special programme that involved role-playing between their sales and  country managers. The results were used to prepare communication/negotiation skills workshops for their local organisations and to support the successful implementation of this new pricing structure.
