What are some of the questions we often receive?

References—You give several general examples, but can I get some verifiable references?

Of course you can. Given the confidential character of many personal coachings or the need to protect any competitive edge a client team develops during a Customer Value workshop, however, we always request permission and inform our clients about you before giving you more details and the name of a person to whom to talk.

Experience—Are your coaches just good trainers or do they also have a solid business experience?

You will not find a “standard” trainer profile among our coaches. Almost all of them—to different extends - have held management positions within different organisations. For more details on each coach, we suggest you take a look at their individual CV, that you will find in “The Expert Network” section of this website. The main elements they all have in common is their professionalism and the enthusiasm to share their experience with you.

Communication—We all make presentations and know how to speak. So what can I expect in addition from your workshop or coaching?

This largely depends on exactly where you want (or need) to improve. Many people work with us to increase their impact. Others suffer from stage-fright or are uncomfortable about presenting without reading. You can expect us to look seriously with you at your specific situation and accentuate your strong points, while reducing the impact of any negative elements we may identify (see also "Communication"). Reviewing your actual performance on video is one of the tools we use to make significant progress in developing this important leadership skill.

Literature— I'd like to read more about the topics you address. Do you recommend any books or articles?
